國務院批准中國國際貿易促進委員會對外經濟貿易仲裁委員會改名為中國國際經濟貿易仲裁委員會，現行隸屬關係不變，其受理案件的範圍為國際經濟貿易中發生的一切爭議。
中國國際經濟貿易仲裁委員會的仲裁規則，由你會根據我國法律和我國締結或者參加的國際條約，並參照國際慣例，對現行仲裁規則進行修訂，經你會委員會會議通過後發佈施行。今後仲裁規則由你會自行修訂。
